ChipEx2025 offers a variety of sponsorships suitable for every company and every budget.

Important note: all sponsorships include advertising package in Chiportal, free invitations of your important guests to ChipEx2025 and participation of 1-2 senior executives of your company at the ChipEx2025 Executive Summit

A.1 Full Day Sponsorship
Includes:

• Company's logo on all event material (including invitations, advertisement, internet campaign, E-mail, etc.)
• A privilege to have one speaker at the ChipEx2025 Closing Session

Includes:

• A privilege to have one speaker at the general morning session
• A privilege to have one speaker in one of the technical seminar sessions
• 20 free tickets for ChipEx2025 including entering all technical sessions & lunch
• 5 free tickets for ChipEx2025 including entering all technical sessions & lunch for employees
• Company logo on the front page of the event booklet and company profile inside the booklet

Includes:

C.1 Major Track Sponsorship (only one sponsor per track)
Includes:

• Company's logo on all event material (including invitations, advertisement, internet campaign, E-mail, etc.)
• Company's logo on all signs of the specific track
• A privilege to have one speaker at the specific track sponsored
• A sign at the entrance to the track room with the wording: This track is sponsored by NAME OF COMPANY
• 10 free tickets for ChipEx2025 including entering all technical sessions & lunch
• 3 free tickets for ChipEx2025 including entering all technical sessions & lunch for employees
• Company logo on the front page of the event booklet

Payment terms

• Due to the steep decrease in the dollar value Vs. NIS (New Israeli Shekel) prices were updated accordingly
• Payment in NIS according to the dollar rate at the day of payment
• All prices exclude VAT
• Payment should be made within 30 days from order date

Cancellation terms: 
Since the number of sponsors are limited and some are exclusive, there will be cancelation charges as follows:

• Order cancellation between 90-61 days prior to event - 20% of sponsorship
• Order cancellation between 60-31 days prior to event - 40% of sponsorship
• Order cancellation 30 days or less prior to event - 80% of sponsorship
